and the one planned for 2009.

It also has been the subject of an increasing body of scholarship applying TJ in international contexts. In addition, TJ has been the subject of recent scholarly activity and conferences in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom, Israel, South Africa, Sweden, Pakistan, Spain and Japan.

The Australasian Institute of Judicial Administration (AIJA), who was the principal organizer of the Third International Conference on Therapeutic Jurisprudence held in Perth, Australia in June 2006, has just established the Australasian Therapeutic Jurisprudence Clearinghouse. The clearinghouse has a resources page listing online and published material on therapeutic jurisprudence. Appropriate hyperlinks to materials are included. The materials are by Australasian authors, were published or delivered in Australasia and/or concern the application of therapeutic jurisprudence in the Australasian context. Primarily they are Australian or New Zealand materials. The website of the International Network on Therapeutic Jurisprudence remains the principal source of global materials on therapeutic jurisprudence.

The clearinghouse also has pages providing a short introductory summary of key issues on the application of therapeutic jurisprudence to areas of the law and justice system relevant to the work of the AIJA.
