Professor Winick will speak at a therapeutic jurisprudence conference at the University of Puerto Rico School of Law in San Juan, Puerto Rico that is part of a much larger international meeting of the John Jay College of Criminal Justice. His topic is titled “The Miami-Dade County Domestic Violence Mental Health Court: A Pioneering Hybrid Problem Solving Court Using Principles of Therapeutic Jurisprudence.”
